A new way to learn, earn, and live
I started building PaulineDugganTravel in 2024, alongside my existing commitments. Most recently, I launched the Be Your Own Boss Community to support women who want to learn how to earn online, especially those who don’t know where to start and don’t want to do it alone.
This business came to Ireland on 14th February 2023 with just over 2,000 people already involved in Ireland, and it has continued to grow as more women discover a different way of working alongside real life.
When I first learned that I could earn on the travel I was already booking, I was in. What I didn’t realise at the time was that, with the right mindset and a willingness to learn, it could become so much more.
I also didn’t expect the friendships I would make or the confidence I would build along the way.
Today, women in this space are learning how to earn through holidays they were already going to book for themselves and for others while developing new skills and understanding how building passive income over time can be truly life changing.
This is a clear process with guidance, consistency, and real support.
You’re supported step by step within a community where everyone is learning and earning together, encouraging one another and building belief, confidence, and progress alongside real life.

At PAULINEDUGGANTRAVEL, I keep things simple, supportive, and honest.
I mentor women who want more options when it comes to income, time, and travel.
Women who want life to feel a bit easier, with more choice and less pressure.
I show women how to create extra income through travel in a way that suits their life.
That might be booking their own travel, helping others book travel, doing both, or simply creating another income option alongside what they already do.
When you join, you’re mentored directly by me. I guide you step by step on how to get started and connect you with everything you need, including WhatsApp support chats and live training calls. You’re never left to figure things out on your own I’m always only a message or phone call away.
You’ll also be part of the Be Your Own Boss community.
