Hello, I’m Pauline. I’m from Co. Tipperary, Ireland, and I created PaulineDugganTravel and the Be Your Own Boss Community to share a practical way for women and mums to create extra income and more options for the future.

This space is for women who know they want more, but might be letting fear or self doubt hold them back. I want you to see that it is possible to build something alongside real life work, family, and everything else that already fills your days.

Here, you’ll find my story, learn how this works, and see how earning online can fit around your life, not take over it.

This isn’t about quick wins or overnight success. It’s about steady growth, real opportunities, and building confidence over time. It’s about real women realising they’re capable of more than they ever gave themselves credit for.

My journey

I’m a mam of two beautiful boys and happily married, from Co. Tipperary, Ireland, working full time and juggling family life. For a long time, I truly believed the only way to earn more was the traditional way work more hours and sacrifice more time. I didn’t think there was another option, and to be honest, I was sceptical when I first came across this opportunity.

There’s so much noise online, and at first I didn’t think this was real. But instead of listening to the noise, I chose education over opinion. I learned how the system works, followed the training, and stayed consistent. That decision changed things  for me, and i started earning extra income in a flexible way and after a few month's I had booked over 20K in travel.

I then started to share what I was doing and I now help other women earn online.

Pauline Duggan Travel is something I’ve been building alongside my

full-time job and family life.

From that journey, The Be Your Own Boss Community was recently launched to support mams and women who want to learn, grow, and earn together.

This community is built on facts, truth, and transparency. It’s based on a proven system, consistency, and ongoing support.

I show the process step by step, support you throughout the journey, and connect you with a community where everyone is learning and earning together encouraging each other and staying motivated when things feel slow.

It’s about building something alongside real life, with guidance, shared support, and progress that feels realistic and sustainable.

MY WHY

My children are my why.

I still work a 9–5, but I knew deep down that one income just wasn’t giving us the breathing space I wanted. I wanted more flexibility, more options, and a bit more room to enjoy life not just get through the weeks.

When I realised there was a way to build extra income alongside my job, without turning life upside down, I gave it a go. Not to quit work overnight or take big risks just to create more choice for my family.

That’s why I care so much about helping other women who feel stuck.
Women worrying about bills that never seem to end.
Women dragging themselves through jobs that don’t fit their life anymore.
Women quietly wondering if this is really all there is.

Because let’s be honest, working five days just to squeeze life into a weekend that’s gone in a blink is hard. The rushing, the constant juggling, the feeling of always being on the go it wears you out.

I know there is another way, because I’m building it myself alongside work, kids, and real life.

Now I help other women see what’s possible for them too, and support them step by step to build something that fits around their life, not the other way around.

Confidence, connection, and community — The way I support women

At PaulineDugganTravel and within the Be Your Own Boss Community, I’m building a supportive space where women learn how to earn online together.

This isn’t just about earning online or travel. It’s about building confidence, belief, and being surrounded by people who understand the journey. The women here share wins, learn side by side, and support each other through every stage, always reminding one another that everyone starts somewhere.

And remember none of us are taught this way of earning in school. But it’s becoming more and more normal. More women are realising there are other ways to build income and create options alongside real life. Once you see how it works, it feels far less intimidating and much more doable.

This is the kind of environment I’m committed to building supportive, honest, and focused on steady progress, together.
